Yogurt Bark is super easy to make! Here is what we used:
Vanilla Greek Yogurt, Frozen Strawberries and Blueberries
Line your pan with parchment paper
Put a thin layer (3/8 of an inch) of Greek yogurt in the pan. (You don’t want to make it to think or it wont freeze correctly)
Place the fruit in the yogurt pushing them down to the bottom of the pan so they stay!
Put in freezer for 3-4 hours or until frozen.
Remove from freezer and break into desired size pieces.
For storage place in a Ziploc bag and keep in freezer.
