1. Football Shaped Cookies
2 Packages Premade Cookie Dough (Nestle or Pillsbury; and any kind of flavor you like ex. Chocolate, chocolate chip cookie dough, et.)
Football Cookie Cutter (Can get at Walmart)
16 oz Vanilla Icing (Betty Crocker)
1 Sandwich or gallon ziplock bag
Preheat oven to 350 degrees fahrenheit. Separate out cookie dough pieces onto a sheet and flatten each to where cookie cutter can fully cover dough; cut each to size and place on large cookie sheet, oiled. Bake for 12-13 minutes.
Place vanilla icing into a bag and cut the corner slightly to let icing come out. Make lines on the cookies in the shapes of laces. Serve when cool.
2. Bacon Cheddar Ranch Pulls
3 Slices Bacon
1 Pound (Loaf) Sourdough Bread
8 (1 ounce) slices Cheddar Cheese
½ Cup Butter
1 Tablespoon Dry Ranch Dressing Mix
Preheat oven to 350 degrees; Put bacon in large skillet and cook over medium heat until cooked; drain bacon grease on paper towels and cut crosswise into ½ inch wide strips.
Cut slits in bread in two directions, creating checkerboard pattern. Slip Cheddar Cheese slices and bacon pieces into slits.
Mix butter and ranch dressing together; pour over brea, allowing it to drip into slits. Wrap entire loaf in aluminum foil and place on baking sheet; place in over for 15 minutes. Take out and unwrap bread and return to over and bake until cheese is melted and bacon is crisp, about 10 minutes.
3. Mini Pigs in a Blanket
2 Cans (8 oz each) refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
48 cocktail-size smoked link sausages or hot dogs
Heat oven to 375 degrees fahrenheit; unroll both cans of dough and separate into 16 triangles. Cut each triangle lengthwise into 3 narrow triangles.
Place sausage on shortest end of each triangle. Roll up each, starting at the shortest side and place pointed side down on 2 ungreased cookie sheets.
Bake for 12 -15 minutes or until golden brown, switching position of cookie sheets halfway through baking. Remove from cookie sheet and serve warm.
