These trendy workouts are what every fitness loving mom is talking about! You don’t need any weights, bands, or bars, you just need your sweet baby!
There are a number of ways to hold your baby during Mommy and Me workouts but the most popular ways are with a wrap or a front facing carrier.
Being a mommy is hard work! Raising a tiny human and keeping up with house chores while living out the rest of your life is no easy task. It makes perfect sense why finding time to workout during the day is so challenging.

The list goes on and on! Rather than trying to time your baby’s sleep schedule with your workout schedule, fit them into it! The extra 8, 10, 20lbs really make the workouts challenging! Here are some great moves to do with your baby! Start with 3 sets of 10 and increase your reps as you progress.

Sumo Squats
Forward, Side, and Back Lunges
Calf Raises
