These workouts will be #trending, enjoyable, and will help you crush those health and fitness goals!

Today’s featured trending workout is CIRCUIT TRAINING WORKOUTS!

You’ll see these trending workouts being done in your local gym and by top athletic teams everywhere! They are timed, they are intense, and they lead to killer results!
In a circuit workout, there are several exercises (often times called a station) in one complete circuit and each exercise is timed. If you think you’ll get a break between stations, THINK AGAIN! The time between exercises is short and often involves rapid movement on your way to the next exercise.

Circuit training can be for ANY level of fitness as it targets muscle endurance through high intensity movements. The specific exercises at each station can be designed for a beginner or an elite athlete depending on the length of time and amount of resistance and weight.

A circuit should work each section of the body individually. Each station within the circuit can use weights, resistance bands, body weight, or a little bit of everything!

Here is a total body circuit workout that is sure to shred fat and create lean muscles! Do each move for 30 seconds and then jog to the next station! Feel extra motivated? Do the entire circuit twice! Challenge yourself each time to go longer too!
