Can you believe February is almost over? It will be spring before we know it! For our last recipe of the month, we’re sharing how to make this grilled ham and Muenster cheese sandwich. We hope you like it!

8 slices Italian bread, toasted
8 ounces thinly sliced deli ham
4 slices Muenster cheese
2 cups fresh baby spinach
1/4 cup mild chowchow
Cooking spray
Layer 4 bread slices with 2 ounces ham, 1 slice Muenster cheese, 1/2 cup baby spinach and 1 tablespoon chowchow. Top each with remaining 4 bread slices. Heat a large, nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Coat sandwiches with cooking spray; add to pan. Cook 2 minutes on each side or until browned and cheese melts. Cut sandwiches in half if desired and enjoy!
