CURRENT MAGAZINE:

This morning over 75 Sand Springs golfers teed up at the Tulsa Country Club to raise funds for the Sand Springs Education Foundation. The proceeds from this 20th annual golf tournament will go to supporting foundation’s efforts to support innovative education within Sand Springs schools. Each year the foundation raises around $30,000 dollars that is then poured into our schools and ultimately the next generation.
We had the privilege of visiting with some member of the Sand Springs Education Foundation (SSEF) and we quickly learned just how passionate they are about Sand Springs students and the education they receive.

These Sandites know how to have some fun in the name of a GREAT cause. Lunch was served at 11am in the dining room of the Tulsa Country Club. After lunch the golfers began to tee off to play a four man scramble tournament.

This event could not be done without generous sponsors that are “all in” for education. Among a few of the many sponsors of the event Sand Springs’ own Air Solutions Heating and Cooling and Wells Fargo sponsored the meals.
