Parks in Sand Springs

Parks in the Sand Springs area have been a common pastime for local Sandites for years, and while our parks are nice, they could always use a little elbow grease. If you have ever wondered how to get involved in making the parks a better place to be, now is your chance! The Parks Department and H.Y.P.E (Helping Your Park Environment) are putting on an event to help spruce up Ray Brown Park. They ask that you bring work gloves and wear comfortable footwear as they create a new walking trail, paint the pavilion, and do general cleanup in the park!

Following the cleanup hot dogs and hamburgers will be provided by Church That Matters; also all participants will be entered into a raffle for various prizes throughout lunch. Don’t miss out on this great opportunity to make your community a little better.
