Homemade Granola Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 cup Oats, quick cooking or old fashion
- 1 cup Shredded Wheat Cereal
- 1 cup Walnuts
- 1/2 cups Dried Fruit
- 1/2 tsp Ground Cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/3 cup Honey
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 cup Mini Chocolate Chips
- 2 Large Eggs
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, stir together. Spread mixture onto a cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for 25-30 mins
