This week we made a delicious and healthy Spring Salad! We hope you enjoy!
Spring Salad:
- 1 can – Black Beans (Drained and Rinsed)
- 1 can – Corn (Drained)
- 1 handful- Cherry Tomatoes
- 1 – Avocado
- 1 – Lemon
- Parsley, Olive Oil, Salt and Pepper to taste!
