The storms that ripped through both Sand Springs and Tulsa last week have left many without everyday needs.  Sand Springs Community Services has handed out a months worth of groceries in just a few short hours to the storms’ victims.  Now they are in desperate need to replenish their stock.  Without donations, they have nothing to help those who are in need.
Here are the most critical needs for Sand Springs Community Services right now:

1.  Food – non perishables such as: spaghetti sauce, noodles, tuna, canned chicken, peanut butter, canned meat, rice, small bags of beans (the big bags are too big), cans of pork and beans, Vienna sausages (people with no electric appreciate these).
 2.  Cleaning supplies – Bleach (to kill mold), trash bags, laundry soap, dish soap – the mold is setting in and people in recovery mode now.  They are trying to wash their clothes and clean the messes up.
3. Hygiene items of any kind – especially deodorant
They are also accepting monetary donations to go towards these items.
Donations can be dropped off at their location between Monday – Thursday from 9AM – 4Pm or Friday 9AM – 12PM.
Sand Springs Community Services thanks you for always being there when the need rises!
