Prior to the tornado on March 25, Angus Valley Elementary School was going to partner with McDonald’s in Sand Springs to raise money.  Now that the storms have happened, Angus Valley has learned that 30 of their students were affected on that devastating night.  Because of this, Angus Valley has decided to keep their scheduled fundraiser with McDonald’s. Instead of the benefits going towards the school, they will now go towards the relief efforts for those students families’ who were affected by the storms.  Most of which lived in the River Oaks Mobile Home Park.
The fundraiser is Thursday evening from 5:00 to 8:00 at the McDonald’s in Sand Springs:
99 OK-97
Sand Springs, OK
Near Walmart and QuikTrip, right off 412.
Angus Valley students affected by the storm will receive 20 percent of ALL sales that night.  There is no need to drop a receipt anywhere, every sale that night will automatically go towards the relief effort for the students – including drive-thru sales.
